For students who need more of a challenge (Not during review week):
On Mondays when we take the pretest, any student who passes the test without misspelling a word or only missing one, will have the option to do alternate spelling activities. These may include creating a list of commonly misspelled words from the student's writing, words that follow the same rule being studied that week that are found by the student in the dictionary or a list from the teacher. Then the student will have activities to choose from to practice his or her words.

bouquets
orchards
scarecrows
